Cranberry Sauce, make your own

It’s the season for this sauce. Most everyone likes it but why not make your own and kick it up a little. I suggest making this very easy sauce with orange liqueur. I like making it with Triple Sec but you can use Grand Marnier or Blue Curacaco if you have it on hand.

All you do is take a package of cranberries and put them in a glass pie dish. Add some surgar, squeeze a little fresh orange juice on it and stick it in the oven for about one hour. Once done add the orange flavor liqueur Triple Sec.

Chill for 4 hours and serve. You can make it three days in advance.
